Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance if you need to miss an appointment. 

I understand that sometimes life happens; there will be no charge for a rescheduled session if you can reschedule within that calendar week. However, you will be responsible for a late canceled session if we can’t find a compatible meeting time for the remainder of the week. 

You will be responsible for your entire session fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
